Halogen light bulbs are a variation of incandescent light bulbs that are brighter and operate at a higher temperature.

Halogen light bulbs can also be disposed of with regular garbage, if recycling is not an option in your region.

Fogo Island Transfer Station

Central Waste Management operates seven Local Waste Management Facilities which provide waste disposal services for residents in the Central waste management region. These facilities include public drop-off sites for bulk waste, garbage, mixed containers, electronics, fluorescent light bulbs, household hazardous waste (HHW), oil, paint, paper and cardboard, scrap metal, tires and yard waste (fees may apply to some items).
