Cannabis packaging varies in material, size and recyclability, so it is important to read individual packaging for recycling guidelines. If the packaging does not have a recycling symbol, it must be disposed of in your regular garbage.
Please ensure that, for those containers that can be recycled, any internal packaging such as the lid insert is removed. All further questions regarding packaging should be directed to the producer/retailer.

The Robin Hood Bay Regional Waste Management Facility provides residents in the eastern waste management region with free disposal services at the Residential Drop-Off site. Items accepted include: bulk waste, beverage containers (excludes glass), mixed containers, paper, cardboard, electronics, garbage, household hazardous waste (HHW), paint, oil, yard waste scrap metal and MMSB program tires (highway, passenger, light truck and motorcycle tires).
