City of Mount Pearl
The City of Mount Pearl provides collection and disposal services for household garbage as well as collection and recycling services for mixed containers and paper and cardboard. They also offer seasonal bulk waste collection services (May to October) for the disposal/recycling of bulk items including scrap metal, furniture, and yard waste.

Eastern Regional Service Board
Eastern Regional Service Board provides collection and disposal services for garbage, bulk waste and yard waste as well as collection and recycling services for mixed containers, paper and cardboard and scrap metal.

Town of Conception Bay South
The Town of Conception Bay South provides collection services for household garbage as well as recyclables – mixed containers and paper and cardboard. The town also provides collection services for bulk waste, scrap metal, furniture, yard waste and electronic items throughout the year on an appointment basis. There are also free-drop programs for these items offered several times throughout the year.
