Adaptive Equipment

Northern Labrador

Click on the tabs below for reuse, recycling or safe disposal options.

Adaptive equipment refers to items such as wheelchairs, walkers and bathroom aids used by persons with mobility issues.

You can donate adaptive equipment that is still in working order to a charitable organization or sell or give away through classified ads online, in local newspapers or magazines and through online communities.

If you have adaptive equipment that is made from metal and is no longer in working order, look for a scrap metal collection service, drop-off site or scrap metal recycler.
